All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), the most reliable carrier for military mail. Once your package has been handed over to USPS, it enters the military postal system. At that point, we are unable to guarantee or provide an exact delivery date. Delivery times vary depending on location, operational conditions, and military mail routing.

While most packages arrive within 2–4 weeks, delivery can take longer during peak seasons or when shipping to remote duty stations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as your gift makes its journey to your service member.
